Tax Partner · Control the future

A tax bottleneck will come. The question is who stands beside you then.

It's AI again, and it checks your tax data every day. What you need is an expert who stays long enough to know your business, warns you of what is coming and represents you when it matters.

Three roles

A Tax Partner stands beside you in three ways

The updater

Tracks changes in the law and new guidance, filters what affects your business, and tells you before the deadline.

The answerer

Answers tax questions from management and the accounting team by email, before decisions are made rather than after.

The representative

Stands with you in front of the tax office: preparing the file and the arguments, and attending in person.

Hire a strong chief accountant

VND 25-45m/month

Hire a lawyer or tax adviser by the hour

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is Tax Partner different from an accounting service?

An accounting service keeps the books and files the returns. Tax Partner advises on decisions with tax consequences, keeps you updated on the law and represents you before the tax office. The two work well side by side.

What do the 40 expert hours a month cover?

It is all the time Kaizen spends on email advice in the month: taking in your questions, researching the rules and writing the advice letters, up to 40 hours under the advisory contract. It is not 40 hours of you asking questions, but up to 40 hours of expert work on them.

What if we need more than 2 representation sessions a year?

Extra sessions are charged per session, and Kaizen confirms the fee before going ahead.

What decides where the fee falls between VND 9 and 18 million?

Your size, transaction volume, industry, and whether you have related-party transactions or foreign investment.

Should we do a Tax Health Check first?

If past years have never been reviewed, clean up the past first so the Tax Partner starts on a clean base.

Does Kaizen work in English?

Yes. Kaizen works in Vietnamese and English; law updates and reviews can be bilingual for FDI companies.

Compare the 3 solutions

Which solution does your business need?

The three solutions answer three different questions: the past, the present and the future. Many companies go through all three in turn.
