1. What we collect

• Contact details you type into a form: name, company, email, mobile number.
• The needs and issues you describe when requesting a consultation.
• Your answers to the free tax risk check, including tax code, industry, size and self-assessment answers.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, used to block automated submissions and to limit questions to the AI assistant.

2. How we use it

• To contact you about the consultation you asked for.
• To prepare and send your tax health report and the follow-up emails that come with it.
• To prepare a quote and recommend suitable services.
• We never sell or rent your information to anyone.

3. Where it is stored and who processes it

Information travels over an encrypted connection and is stored in Kaizen's Google Workspace account (Google Sheets, Gmail). The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure.

When you take the free tax risk check, an anonymous score summary (without your name or email) may be sent to an AI provider to draft the preliminary commentary. Only Kaizen staff handling consultations can access your data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to advise and serve you, up to 3 years from our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

5. Your rights

• To know, view and ask us to correct your information.
• To ask us to delete your data or withdraw your consent to its processing.
• To stop receiving emails at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
• Send requests to [email protected]. We reply within 3 working days.
